• "Prohibited Person" — refers to any individual who is ineligible to use hot777 as defined in Section 3 of these Terms & Conditions.

By confirming a bet, you accept the applicable odds and rules in full.

• All bets are final once confirmed. hot777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under a specific promotion or where a market is declared void.
• hot777 reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a system error, data feed fault, or human input error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the user's account balance.
• In-play betting odds are subject to real-time fluctuation. The odds accepted at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to settlement — fluctuations after confirmation do not affect settled bets.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraudulent activity, funds in the account balance will be frozen pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes in the user's favour, the balance will be released and the account reinstated or, where closure is required, the balance returned to the verified payment method. Where fraud is confirmed, all balances are forfeited.
